roverbs 22:6 says,
“Train up a child in the way he should go: and when he is old, he will not depart from it.” The children are trained, in the way that they should go, first at home by parents and secondly in the church.
Although, Sunday school is not a substitute for homes where the parents should be teaching their children (Deuteronomy 6:7-9 and Ephesians 6: 1-3), on Sundays, children are taken care off by the church in teaching the Word and fear of God (Psalm 34:11) complementing the efforts of parents. We are convinced that the children ministry is one of the major ministries of the church.
Time to time we remind the parents to pray much for their children and teach them God’s Word. If the Lord tarries to come, they are the ones who shall be Witnesses and Ministers of Christ.
